Can I change race?
The account keeps its chosen race. To play another race, use a different account.
Can I use the same account on PC and Android?
Yes. Use the same Valorix account on either platform to access your characters and items.
Report a problem
Contact support through the community Discord. Include your character name, the time and timezone, the map, what happened and a screenshot or exact error message. Never share your password or login ticket.
